fmfbh (operated by Furniture Enterprises of Alaska) provides free standard shipping within the United States on qualifying orders placed through fmfbh.store. This policy outlines our processing times, delivery expectations, handling procedures for oversized products, and the steps to follow if your shipment is lost or arrives damaged.

2. Order Processing Time

Most orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)

We ship to valid U.S. street addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Approximately 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

  • Expedited Shipping: When available, upgraded shipping options will be displayed at checkout, along with estimated delivery times.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and remote locations may affect transit times.

4. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  • Free shipping applies to orders delivered within the United States.

  • International shipping is not currently available.

  • We ship to physical addresses and select PO Boxes supported by carriers. Oversized items may require delivery to a commercial or accessible residential address.

  • Some remote areas may have extended delivery times or restrictions; we will notify you if delivery to your address is not possible.

5. Large or Oversized Item Handling

Large furniture pieces (e.g., sofas, bookcases, large tables) may ship via freight or specialized carriers. These shipments may require curbside delivery or a scheduled appointment.
If an appointment is necessary, the carrier will contact you directly.
White-glove services (in-home placement or assembly) are not included by default but may be available in select areas for an extra fee displayed at checkout.

6. Tracking Your Order

After your package leaves our facility, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@fmfbh.store.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but the order is missing, notify us within 7 days so we can begin a carrier investigation.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive damaged:

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@fmfbh.store

  • Include photos of the damage and the packaging

We will assist with repair, replacement, or refund once the issue is verified.
Carrier claims may require your cooperation, including providing documentation or photographs.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Because we ship only within the United States, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
Sales tax may be charged depending on your state and local tax regulations.

9. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
Requests to change the address after shipment may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund. Reshipment fees may apply.

10. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect customers and our business, some orders may require additional verification. We may contact you to confirm certain details before shipping. Any verification-related delays are temporary and aimed at preventing unauthorized transactions.

11. Intellectual Property & Brand Concerns (Shipping Context)

We do not ship counterfeit, infringing, or unauthorized products.
If you are a rights holder with concerns regarding an item shipped from our store, please contact support@fmfbh.store with supporting evidence. We will promptly review and address the matter.
